Yummy Town’s Story
Yummy-Town Group was founded by Mr. WuBuoChao in 1992, committed to promoting the tea
and beverage culture to the world, and continuing to adhere to brand promotion, customer
experience, and product innovation. On December 24, 2014, the group was listed on Taiwan
Stock Exchange and became the first listed company of tea and beverages. In recent years, the
group owns Real Brew Tea, Happy Lemon, The Spice Land, Alma, Teaopal, and Hippo Boba
tea. Among all of the above, Happy Lemon has successfully expanded in more than 200 cities
in 20 countries around the world, and has opened nearly 2000 Happy Lemon stores in Taipei,
Mainland China, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, Malaysia, and the
Philippines, Indonesia, Japan, and Dubai.
As we move into the post-pandemic era, Yummy Town Group is ready to activate the operating
3.0 program, “Upgrading all the stores”, “Strengthen Global Marketing”, and “Activate Meal Plan
program” to build a solid foundation for the post-pandemic recovery.

Yummy Town was founded in 1992, It is one of the longest-developed chain tea brands in Taiwan using diversified operations, and one of the chain catering groups with the highest global distribution.
In 2014 Yummy Town Group (Ticker Symbol: KY, Code: 2726) successfully listed on the Taiwan
stock exchange, became the first listed company of tea and beverages. The founder of Yummy
Town Mr. WuBuoChao committed to promoting the tea and beverage culture to the world, the
group owns Real Brew Tea, Happy Lemon, The Spice Land, Alma, Teaopal, and Hippo Boba
tea with over 2000 total numbers of stores all over the world.
In 1996 the founder created the brand “Real Brew Tea”, in the 90s using the new concept of
“Tea & Beverage” with “light meal” fusion catering to successfully create a market trend. In 2006
Aisa built the brand “Happy Lemon”, created a successful business model with new tea
products such as freshly made tea, freshly squeezed lemonade, rock salt cheese, etc. Happy
Lemon expanded rapidly and now we have in more than 200 cities in 20 countries around the
world and has opened nearly 2000 Happy Lemon stores in Taipei, Shanghai, Beijing,
Guangdong, ChengDu, Shenzhen, HongKong these main cities. Also in the United States,
England, Canada, Australia, Dubai, Japan, Korea, Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam,
and the Italy Venice Cruise, business locations are all over the world.

Actively participate in various charities and public welfare which improves humanistic quality
Yummy Town Group actively helps poor and disadvantaged children to create opportunities for education. In 2020 participated in Harvest 365 - a Taiwan Cultural and Educational Foundation, pay close attention to public welfare of remote village, and subsidizing rural schools to carry out multi-disciplinary tutoring programs; Attended the event hosted by BiG future foundation to support those children who need family resources and parental care, allowing them to have more opportunity and choices to face the future and grow.

Real Brew Tea a Memory, Aftertaste and Pride of Taiwanese Businessmen
The RBT brand has been in business for 20 years. Although many new brands of Taiwanese tea restaurants continue to enter the market, RBT continues to adhere to the original intention of the brand, allowing the Taiwanese tea restaurant to stand up to this day. RBT has been reorganized and new store appearance have been opened one after another.
Happy Lemon a market leading brand of Taiwanese Tea and Beverages
In 2006, “Happy Lemon” was founded in Shanghai, China, an innovative take-away tea brand in Shanghai, and has been deeply involved in the hand-shaking beverage market. Also in the United States, England, Canada, Australia, Dubai, Japan, Korea, Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, and other places as well as Italy Venice cruise ships, within more than 200 cities around the world and more than 1,000 stores.
Teaopal a rising star in the boutique tea industry
Teaopal is positioned as a modern tea drink, focusing on "tea drinking depth" and "life experiences"; it is now a famous Shanghai Internet celebrity store, which has been open for three years and has received rave reviews. A number of directly-operated stores have been opened in Shanghai, and from 2021, it plans to conduct overseas market exhibitions with important alliance partners from various countries.
Alma Spanish Restaurant Shanghai Branch has been awarded the "Bib Gourmand Recommendation" in the Shanghai Michelin Guide for three consecutive years in 2016, 2017 and 2018, and was promoted to the "Michelin Plate Award" in 2019.
At the beginning of December 2019, Alma also moved to Taipei, hoping to use Taipei Branch as a platform for talent training and to operate as an international business in the future.
